Shipping policy

Shipping Options
We offer a variety of shipping options, selection is made at checkout. Our main carriers are UPS, Purolator and Canada Post. 
Orders of 150$ or more are eligible for free shipping under the following conditions:
 - The order subtotal (before taxes, after the use of store credit) is 150$ or more.
 - The destination address is within Canada
 - The order does not contain ineligible items (see exceptions below)

Free Shipping Exceptions
Some items are prohibitively expensive to ship, so instead of adding an absurd mark up on these products to make up for these costs, we have elected to simply remove their eligibility from our free shipping policy.
Notable products excluded are:
- Game mats of any size
- Boxed Board games

Order Processing Time
Orders placed during the week are usually processed within 24h to 48h and we have pickups from Tuesdays through Fridays for your parcel to leave our establishment. Weekend queues can take more time to process but will in a large majority of cases be ready for following Tuesday pickup.

Returns and Refunds
Orders are eligible for a return and full refund under the following conditions:
- All items are still in brand new condition as they were shipped.
- The return process has been initiated within 14 days of the order's delivery
- The return shipment costs are not covered by Le Bastion.
- The refund will be initiated upon reception and validation of the returned order and can take 1-10 business days depending on the original payment processor handling the request.
- Used items sales are final.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
