This multipart plastic kit builds a Commissar. Clad in the ominous longcoat and signature high-peaked cap of his station, this miniature is armed with a bolt pistol and can be built with either a vicious chainsword or single-edged power sword, both with a wrist-mounted power pack. A scenic rubble base is also included, to elevate this grim overseer above the rank and file.
